Game Boy Advance has sold over half a million - In Just four days the Game Boy Advance has sold over half a million units in Japan. Compared to PlayStation2 first week sales of 70,000, Dreamcast 29,000 and Game Boy Color 15,000 the Game Boy Advance has been an unbelievable success for Nintendo.
Game Boy Advance European launch date - The European launch date for the Game Boy Advance will be 22nd June and will cost around 130, which translates to around ?0. So far ten launch games have been confirmed and these are Super Mario Advance, Kuru Kuru Kururin, F-Zero: Maximum Velocity, Castlevania, Konami Krazy Racers, Rayman Advance, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2, Ready 2 Rumble: Round 2, GT Championship and Tweety and The Magic Jewels. Game Boy Advance cheat cartridges on the way - US peripheral maker Interact is to release a Gameshark cartridge for the Game Boy Advance (the Gameshark range of products are cheat devices, that allow gamers to find and enter codes that can alter games ?to cheat). Though still in development, you should be able to link your Game Boy Advance and Gameshark to your PC, in order to download codes from the internet. It also probable that the device will have an in-game trainer that allows you to find and make your own codes. The Interact Gameshark will only be available in the US but similar device will be available in the UK from Datel.

Game Boy Advance Price Set - Nintendo has officially announced the suggested retail price of its latest handheld, which will also double as a Gamecube peripheral. The Gameboy Advance, which goes on sale in the U.S. on June 11 will retail for $99.95. Gameboy Advance software will be priced from $29.95 and $39.95. Nintendo has also announced 15 launch titles, with a total of 60 to be available during the holiday season
